Peanut Jaggery Laddu

Two ingredient Peanut Jaggery Laddu





 
Ingredients:

Peanuts - 1/2 cup

Jaggery powder - 1/4 cup

Method:

Dry roast the peanuts.

You may remove the skin of peanuts. I used it as such.

Add the roasted peanuts along with the jaggery to the mixer jar.

Run the mixer stopping in between to scrape the sides of the jar.

Once the oil starts extracting from the peanuts as shown in the picture, the mixture is ready.




Transfer the mixture to a plate or a bowl.



Take small portions and shape it into laddus.

Store it in air tight container and enjoyyyyy!!!!

Note:

The oil from the peanut will be helpful to shape the laddus.
